"The only calibration that counts is how much heart people invest, how much they ignore their fears of being hurt or caught out or humiliated." -Ted Hughes.

The table to the left shows my progress from the beginning of the MSOD program (T1) to the end of the program (T2). It is clear that my cultural knowledge and action have drastically increased as I've gained experience working internationally and travelling in a different capacity from short-term tourism.
The increase in CQ action is particularly noteworthy for two reasons: 1. it is the most drastic improvement and 2. intent without action is useless. I firmly believe that in order to be an ally or informed person, you have to embrace the word as a verb vs a noun. Ask the hard questions, ask for grace, assume good intent and follow that up with strong backbone when you know the next best step. This has served me well in working within affinity groups and resulted in positive outcomes for the group.

Below are the full reports for further investigation and context for what each of the sections cover. Please feel free to download and take the assessment yourself. As with all self-growth opportunities, it is key to question your beliefs and get a little uncomfortable. I invite you to embrace that, be bold, and step out of your comfort zone with me.
