About Me
OD perspective
Humble inquiry, humor, and open dialogue are my keys to Organization Development and interactions with others. I index heavily on building trust so my teams can create psychologically safe spaces for conversing and finding their best way forward. These conversations can be difficult so assuming good intent and interjecting humor as appropriate eases teams into complex changes more seamlessly. I continue to do research and use critical thinking to remove obstacles and help my teams reach answers sooner. Education | Background 6 years program managing high-tech teams with a focus on education and enablement for long term success. I add structure to ideas and accelerate ideation to execution. 2 years working with environmental non-profits and undergraduate degree in Environmental Science and Biology. On a Personal Note When not at work or school, I enjoy being outdoors in the garden ( I love plants and bugs), hiking and camping with my fiancé Rob and pup Kioni. I'm also on the crafty side so sewing, painting, or making some delicious new baked goods are all my jam. I love dad jokes, puns, fun facts, and going on adventures around the world. |
